Division 2 - Felinfach 3 v 1 St Dogmaels
Felinfach picked up another valuable 3 points at home against a stubborn St Dogmaels side but were forced to wait untill the final minute before making the game safe.
Faced with a strong wind in the 1st half which made playing their usual fluent game very difficult the teams went in at 1-1 at half time after Sion Jones' quick follow up from a goalkeeping parry was later cancelled out after a fine 30 yard chip from St Dogmaels which caught the wind to loop over young Felinfach keeper Sean Thomas.
Felinfach then capitalised on some hesitation in the St Dogmaels defence right at the start of the second half when Richard Thomas latched onto a loose ball to fire low into the bottom of the net from 20 yards out to claim his first ever Felinfach goal! After that Felinfach continued to struggle to break St Dogmaels down and were relieved when a corner swung in from the left by Liam Jones fooled everyone and curled straight in at the far post for his debut goal for the 1st team!
